What do Jersey Lifts rides appear as on my card statement?

Jersey Lifts rides will appear as Jersey Lifts (Glint).

I don't recognise a bill on my statement

Please get in touch via [email protected] and we will look into any unrecognised billings.

Refunds and Cancellation

If you have any issues or concerns with the quality of your ride, please get in touch and our team will do their best to resolve any problems. You're free to cancel a ride through the app, however if your driver is already enroute you will be charged a £2 cancellation fee. This fee is waived if you cancel within the first 3 minutes.

If you request a ride, then do not show up at the pickup point, you'll be charged a no-show fee, billed from when your ride was accepted, to when your driver arrives. If you frequently request a ride, then cancel or do not show, your account may be suspended temporarily or banned permanently.
